Meet Lisa H. Vargas, an incredible Education Specialist at Glenwood Elementary! Over the past decade, Lisa has been a dedicated member of the Robla School District, helping countless scholars grow their confidence, shift their mindset, and achieve success.

"What I love most about my job is that it doesn’t feel like work! I enjoy watching my scholars change their fixed mindset into a growth mindset and make progress throughout the year."

Throughout her career at Robla, Lisa has served in multiple capacities, including as an SDC teacher and PBIS team member. Now in her first year as a Resource Specialist, she continues to inspire students with her belief in the power of learning and self-advocacy.
